Company founder and President, Dr. Hakop Hrachian, Dr. Javier Acevedo, and Dr. Jose Torres have years of experience treating patients with serious heart conditions. They have an unmatched knowledge of the electrical system of the heart and dedication to electrophysiology.

Each of these physicians has performed hundreds of procedures involving the heart and has saved countless lives. They are all passionate about their work and are willing to work with patients of any background. The Practice also caters to International patients, by helping them with the process of coming to the United States for treatment. Practice is equipped to handle patients of any nationality with fluency in five languages: English, Spanish, Armenian, Farsi and Turkish.
Dr. Hakop Hrachian, MD
Trained in New York Medical College, Mount Sinai Medical Center and Temple University Hospital, Dr. Hrachian has gained extensive expertise in many aspects of cardiology, especially clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
He has dedicated his practice to treatment of heart rhythm abnormalities. Well trained in interventional procedures, he offers a broad spectrum of invasive new techniques in the treatment of heart rhythm abnormalities.
Dr. Hrachian has a medical license in the state of Florida and California. He is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, American Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, American National Board of Echocardiography and the American Board of Cardiology.
Dr. Hans Rutzen Lopez, MD
Dr. Rutzen López earned his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard University Medical School. Dr. Rutzen López concluded his cardiovascular and electrophysiology fellowship training at Boston University Medical Center.
Dr. Rutzen López has extensive experience in the area of clinical cardiac electrophysiology with focus on ablations of complex cardiac arrhythmias including SVT’s, atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. In addition, Dr. Rutzen López performs several device interventions such as pacemakers, defibrillators, subcutaneous defibrillators and cardiac resynchronizations devices.
Dr. Rutzen López is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
Dr. Jose Torres, MD
Dr. Torres earned his medical degree at University of Cuenca, Ecuador. He completed his internal medicine training at Temple University, Philadelphia. Dr. Torres performed a cardiovascular disease fellowship at the Columbia University division of Cardiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida. Finally, he completed his advanced clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Ohio State University.
Dr. Torres’ area of expertise is in clinical cardiac electrophysiologist with a focus on the ablation of complex cardiac arrhythmias including SVTs, atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. He also performs several device interventions such as pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronizations devices.
Dr. Jose Torres is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, adult echocardiography, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
